Hyatt Regency Hengqin

A perfect 10/10! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, the toiletries were luxurious, and the dining experience was exquisite. Even the room key felt like something from a five-star establishment! Our butler, Aurora Lin, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful! She anticipated our needs down to the smallest detail, and her responses to our questions were lightning-fast ❤️. And the pool! I've never seen a hotel pool so immaculately clean! I couldn't resist recommending it to all my friends in Hong Kong! This time, we traveled with our child during the off-peak season. Jisoo from the Kids' Club on the fifth floor was absolutely wonderful; she showed us all the entertainment facilities. If we hadn't had other plans, we would've stayed longer! Next time, we definitely want to try their childcare service 😁. Ultimately, I simply *had* to leave a five-star review! I've already recommended it across all my work groups and family chats 😎.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. They offer daily shuttle services to Chimelong and the border, including round-trip pick-up and drop-off, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also has direct elevator access to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping very easy. Cleanliness and service were good; the gentleman who cleaned our room was very polite. However, the check-in process at the front desk was a bit slow. Additionally, there are no robot deliveries for food orders, so we had to go downstairs to pick up our takeaways every time, which was a bit inconvenient.

After our visit to Chimelong, we chose the nearby Hyatt Regency Hengqin for a one-night stopover. The overall service quality was precisely what you'd expect from a Hyatt-tier hotel. At just over 500 a night, it offered excellent value for money, and the breakfast spread was also very generous. Vivian at the front desk and Assistant Manager Joyce were incredibly warm and attentive; they truly deserve a big commendation! If we return to Zhuhai Chimelong, the Hyatt Regency Hengqin will absolutely be our top choice again.

The 'mountain view' room was pointless; the view from the other side was actually much more expansive, even without mountains. The room amenities were decent, but the windows were dirty. The bell staff, however, were fantastic – very friendly and enthusiastic, proactively helping with our luggage. In contrast, the front desk staff were unsmiling and quite aloof. We encountered a major issue at the restaurant when trying to use Ctrip discount vouchers. Both the restaurant and front desk seemed completely unfamiliar with how to process them, and they couldn't find the vouchers linked to our booking. They spent our entire meal taking photos and screenshots to verify them, which severely disrupted and ruined our dining experience.
